accept money orders in US Funds Only. Please make payable to
Just Leather.com. We accept

To order by mail, please select your leather products as though you
were ordering on line, your selections will be placed in your shopping
cart. When you are ready to checkout,
click on Finalize My Order. To finalize your order, please
be sure to complete all the information on the order form and then you may

Orders
We

order, please follow the procedure of ordering by mail, then fax the
completed form to 207-641-8313

Order By Phone
Please
call 207-641-8313 to place an order by phone. Usually a real person will
take your order, however if
you get the answering machine, please leave your name and phone number and
someone will call you to take your order.
Damage
Claims
Please
inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages or
missing boxes to the postal service and to Just Leather.com within 3 days
of receiving your order. If you notice damage upon acceptance,
report it to the postal service responsible for the delivery. If you
notice any damage after you unpack the order, save all packaging material,
contact the postal service that delivered the package, and they may send
an inspector and contact us so we may process your claim. We can not
replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by the
postal service.
Shipping
& Handling Rates
Orders
are usually processed within 48 to 72 hours and shipped by U.S. Mail and/
or UPS. (depending on the weight of the package) Delivery is usually
within 2 to 8 business days. Shipping and Handling are FREE of charge
within the continental U.S.
Our Guarantee
If
you are not 100% satisfied with our leather for any reason, just ship it
back within 30 Days for a total refund of your original purchase price. Or, you can
swap with something else of equal value.
Product
Availability & Back Orders
There is
really no such thing as back orders with us! Our online database automatically deducts the
inventory as it sells. REAL TIME! So, if the product is
sold out or the inventory is lower than what you require, it will come
back IMMEDIATELY telling you that we are out or it will give you the
actual count of what is available. This happens as soon as you click
the "ADD TO CART" button. If this happens, just drop us an
email and we can see if the availability is obtainable. |
